About the Role

Responsibilities

• Project Management for IDO and INO

  • Coordinate and organize the projects details through client engagement about the IDO and INO related events.
  • Collaborate with platforms like CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinGecko for project listings and data updates.
  • Execute the Token or Asset Distribution for our Investors, which include implementing vesting contracts as required, and preparing & submit allocation lists to projects and manage the processes.
  • Manage fund withdrawals from sale contracts and ensure proper documentation and transfer to clients.
  • Organize and manage buyback program (if necessary)
  • Manage the portfolio management for wallet tracking & tools, and tracking statistics & update of our portfolio project.
  • Ensure to always set-up the multi signature wallet transactions and record fund transfers accurately.
  • Analyze and summarize performance data of IDO and INO events using tools (such as Dune, Etherscan and command-line scripts).
  • Perform post-mortem analyses of each IDO and INO events to identify successes and areas of improvements.
  • Update information related to IDIA multi-chain expansion accordingly.
  • Checklist setting up and communicate with internal & external stakeholders.

• General Front-End Maintenance (technical skill will be added advantage).

  • Maintain and update the frontend interfaces for listed projects using CMS.
  • Ensure the user interface is aligned with program requirements and maintained regularly.
  • Work with creatives, developer and marketing team to update the user interface using CMS.

• Smart Contract Deployments

  • Deploy smart contracts for client using CMS and multi-signature wallet to support fundraising events.
  • Documentation for smart contract deployment.
  • Test internal tools and products slated for future operational deployment, including IDO, INO, Liquidity program and other internal product test.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2 years of work experience with blockchain from reputable Web3.0 organization.
• Experienced in handling smart contract deployment (e.g. using CMS, and Multi-Signature Wallet)
• Basic understanding of blockchain processes (particularly IDO/INO token sales, vesting contracts, and asset distribution) would be added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate and efficient communication across department within the organization and 3rd parties.
• Strong in attention to details for accurate data summarization and reporting skill (proven track record required).
