About the Role

What we're looking for

The role of Operations require to handle end-to-end project management of fund raising events, encompassing Client Coordination, Smart Contract Deployment, Token & Asset Distribution, and Raising Fund Settlement. Having prior knowledge in DeFi/Blockchain and any relevant knowledge of the Web3 Industry would be helpful.

While the role seek for technical knowledge, it also expect to do Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the nature of the work is highly detail-oriented, and process-critical. The daily tasks may be repetitive or time-bound, but demand precision, consistency, and a deep understanding of blockchain operations to ensure successful execution and compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities

Project Management for fund raising event (IDO, INO)

• Coordinate and organize the projects details through client engagement about the IDO and INO related events.
• Collaborate with platforms like CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinGecko for project listings and data updates.
• Execute the Token or Asset Distribution for our Investors, which include implementing vesting contracts as required, and preparing & submit allocation lists to projects and manage the processes.
• Manage fund withdrawals from sale contracts and ensure proper documentation and transfer to clients.
• Organize and manage buyback program (if necessary)
• Manage the portfolio management for wallet tracking & tools, and tracking statistics & update of our portfolio project.
• Ensure to always set-up the multi signature wallet transactions and record fund transfers accurately.
• Analyze and summarize performance data of IDO and INO events using tools (such as Dune, Etherscan and command-line scripts).
• Perform post-mortem analyses of each IDO and INO events to identify successes and areas of improvements.
• Update information related to IDIA multi-chain expansion accordingly.
• Checklist setting up and communicate with internal & external stakeholders.
