About the Role

What we're looking for

The senior-Solana-native Full-Stack / Protocol Engineer with advanced proficiency in Rust to own and build high-performance on-chain programs within the Solana ecosystem.

This role carries end-to-end ownership from protocol architecture and smart contract development to frontend integration and transaction performance optimization. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the protocol and delivering production-grade systems used by real users.

Key Responsibilities (What Need to be Done)

Protocol Ownership

• Own the design, development, deployment, and ongoing evolution of Solana on-chain programs.
• Make architectural decisions that impact protocol security, scalability, and performance.

Smart Contract Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, efficient smart contracts using Rust and the Anchor framework.
• Review and audit smart contracts to identify security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.

Frontend & Application Integration

• Build and maintain seamless integration between on-chain programs and web applications using @solana/web3.js and @coral-xyz/anchor TypeScript clients.

• Collaborate closely with frontend teams to ensure reliable transaction flows and a smooth user experience.

  Note: This role focuses on protocol-to-application integration; deep UI/UX design expertise is not required.

Transaction & Performance Optimization

• Architect low-latency transaction pathways to improve execution speed, reduce failure rates, and optimize compute and fee usage.
• Analyze and tune on-chain performance under real-world conditions.
