Impossible Finance is a fast-growing, VC-backed, investment platform that empowers users with high-quality, fair and accessible crypto opportunities. Our team has a strong track record in DeFi, ranging from former leads at Binance and other leading FinTech/consumer tech companies that built out various blockchain products including wallets, staking platforms launchpads and fiat gateways.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Impossible as an Investment Analyst, Fund Manager, and General Partner. This unique role combines the responsibilities of research and analysis, fund management, and strategic leadership in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital assets, proven investment acumen, and experience in managing capital across various asset types.

Impossible Finance is currently looking to hire a proactive, disciplined and curious talent for the above role. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

We are a primarily remote company with some bases of operation in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Argentina so good communication skills are necessary. English is the primary language of communication. You will be supporting the operations of a cross-function distributed team with coverage including the America and Asia timezones.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Investment & Portfolio Manager

Coordinate with leadership & Research team to identify and conduct in-depth research on investment opportunities, investment thesis and strategy.
Oversee both short- and long-term investment portfolios, ensuring a balanced risk-reward profile. This includes managing high-growth speculative investments, as well as more stable digital assets.
Update & monitor the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Coordinate with account managers, finance and legal to ensure the timely delivery of investment tokens or equity
Develop exit strategies for current investments to maximize returns, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

2. Ventures / Fund Manager:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the cryptocurrency fund, ensuring adherence to investment strategies and risk management protocols.
Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize returns while mitigating risks, including strategies for hedging, portfolio rebalancing, and liquidity management.
