About the Role

Responsibilities

1. Investment & Portfolio Manager

• Coordinate with leadership & Research team to identify and conduct in-depth research on investment opportunities, investment thesis and strategy.
• Oversee both short- and long-term investment portfolios, ensuring a balanced risk-reward profile. This includes managing high-growth speculative investments, as well as more stable digital assets.
• Update & monitor the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with account managers, finance and legal to ensure the timely delivery of investment tokens or equity
• Develop exit strategies for current investments to maximize returns, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

2. Ventures / Fund Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the cryptocurrency fund, ensuring adherence to investment strategies and risk management protocols.
• Develop and execute trading strategies to optimize returns while mitigating risks, including strategies for hedging, portfolio rebalancing, and liquidity management.
• Engage in capital raising efforts, meeting with prospective investors and presenting the fund's value proposition.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders, providing regular reporting on fund performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the cryptocurrency market.
