Impossible Finance is a fast-growing, VC-backed, multi-chain ecosystem looking for full-stack engineers. Our team has a strong track record in DeFi, ranging from former leads at Binance and other leading fintech/consumer tech companies that built out various blockchain products including wallets, staking platforms, swap protocols, launchpads and fiat gateways.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a KOL Manager & GTM specialist with a strong knowledge in the Korean & greater Asian market. You will work to exponentially grow the desire for the companies across target audiences and major influence drivers across the crypto industry. This role will also develop new marketing ideas and content such as guides, endorsements and education of Impossible and partnered companies for broader publication and promotion.

We are a primarily remote company with some bases of operation in Singapore, HK, the US and Europe so good communication skills are necessary. English is the primary language of communication.

Scope of work

• Social Media management
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines
  • Setup & manage social media and communication platforms across SwapLabs products
  • Grow users & increase engagement on social media and community channels
  • Determine and track social media and campaign performance. Report insights to internal teams to inform business/product decisions to optimize growth and user acquisition
• Growth: Campaign, Tactics, Gamification
  • Develop Guerilla marketing activities
  • Plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms aimed at user acquisition, retention, engagement and increased loyalty
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Measure performance to identify areas for improvement
• KOL Outreach & Management

  • Growth, maintenance, management
  • Track performance using platforms such as Dune dashboards to identify top performing KOLs
• Data & insights
  • Competitor analysis
  • On-chain data analysis & tracking
  • Familiar with data platforms such as Similarweb, Dune Analytics, Dex Screener, Defilama etc
  • Analyze on-chain data across protocols to identify insights on user behavior, market dynamics, and network performance through pattern, trend, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with multiple subject matter experts / departments to drive new initiatives, market research, BD & outreach

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building brand and user growth
• Excellent command of Social & communication channels such at Twitter/Telegram/Discord/Medium, etc
