Impossible Finance is a fast-growing, VC-backed, multi-chain ecosystem looking for full-stack engineers. Our team has a strong track record in DeFi, ranging from former leads at Binance and other leading fintech/consumer tech companies that built out various blockchain products including wallets, staking platforms, swap protocols, launchpads and fiat gateways.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a capable and experienced candidate looking for a high-impact role in creating technology that advances the state of DeFi. You will be responsible for operations of Impossible launchpad on a day to day basis.

We are a primarily remote company with some bases of operation in Singapore, HK, the US, and India, so good communication skills are necessary. English is the primary language of communication.

Responsibilities

List new projects on our launchpad, working closely with the BD ,research team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Update the content of our launchpad front-end as needed, including creating new sale cards and updating project information
Update smart contracts for token sale which will work closely with the development team to ensure proper deployment and management
Test new CMS products, providing feedback and recommendations to the development team
Manage the CMC/Coingecko listing process for our IDO project
Analyze data related to staking and purchase stat , as well as project performance and then provide the analysis to our team

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the crypto space, preferably in a project management or operations role
Basic knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including market trends, key players, and emerging new technologies
