About the Role
What we're looking for
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development, launch, and optimisation of Web3 and DeFi products that deliver strong user adoption, ecosystem growth, and revenue outcomes. This role translates product vision and business strategy into scalable, user-centric solutions while balancing commercial, technical, regulatory, and operational constraints.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, founders, and ecosystem partners, the Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping product strategy, executing launches, and identifying growth and monetisation opportunities. The role also contributes to future creative and experimental initiatives that enhance how users, projects, and partners engage with the DeFi Product
Key Responsibilities (What Need To Be Done)
Product Development & Lifecycle
- Develop and deliver product solutions aligned with the product vision, DeFi Product strategy, and ecosystem roadmap, in close collaboration with involving stakeholders.
- Ensure product solutions are:
- Valuable – Users, founders, and partners choose to adopt and participate.
- Viable – Commercially sound and aligned with business, tokenomics, regulatory, and operational constraints.
- Usable – Intuitive and accessible across Web2–Web3 user journeys.
- Feasible – Executable within current technical and engineering capabilities.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement definition, technical development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
- Drive the launch of Web3-native features such as token sales, staking mechanics, participation flows, governance tools, or ecosystem utilities.
Revenue, Growth & Business Impact
- Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams to design and optimise product-led revenue streams, including launchpad fees, participation mechanics, and ecosystem monetisation models.
- Define, track, and analyse revenue-related and growth KPIs, such as conversion rates, participation volume, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Identify and validate growth and monetisation opportunities through experimentation, feature enhancements, pricing considerations, and new launch or participation formats.
- Support go-to-market strategies to maximise commercial outcomes for both the company and ecosystem partners.
