Impossible Finance is a fast-growing, VC-backed, multi-chain ecosystem looking for full-stack engineers. What we're looking for

We are looking for a capable and passionate Research Intern looking for a high-impact role in supporting upcoming web3 startups through Impossible Finance. In this context you will support us growing the blockchain industry, being responsible for contributing to the development of Impossible Finance’s thesis, participating in the qualification process of our new partners, and support them in their growth efforts.

We are a primarily remote company with teammates in over 10 cities, so good communication skills are necessary. English is the primary language of communication.

Responsibilities

• Finding & qualifying projects fitting to our research thesis in due diligence process for Impossible Finance’s accelerator and launchpad
• Assist in advisory work, pre-and post-token with scope of work in the areas of protocol design, business developement strategies, tokenomics, web3 integrations and synergies.
• Perform competitor analysis and comparative research (chains/products/services etc) for projects in Impossible’s incubation/advisory
• Identify growth opportunities/ industry best practice/ dos & dont’s through project deep dives
• Conducting market research for incubators/advisors, launchpads, and identifying potential strategies to learn from for Impossible
• Accurately record notes from meetings with action items
• Assist in keeping CRM updated & keeping teammates accountable to use dealflow systems.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with Impossible Finance’s network of investors and partners, presenting and pitching investment opportunities & node sales curated by Impossible Finance.
• Continuously analysis , identify & execute value creation opportunities for existing partners
