About the Role
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Account Management & BD
- Own end-to-end management for assigned client accounts, from negotiation, deal closing, and ongoing relationship management through a CRM system
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to client accounts once agreements have been signed
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure we have sufficient capacity to deliver work (manpower planning)
- Ensure the retention, growth and client satisfaction of accounts
- Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed
- Build out an account management plan and process
- Generate monthly recurring revenues from new and existing clients, and identify areas of improvement
- Develop pitch materials and case studies
- Present convincing business cases to demonstrate clear value to these potential partners and external parties
- Continuously analyse, identify & execute value creation opportunities for existing partners
- Advisory & Partnerships
- Project management to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our agreed advisory and/or retainer services according to project needs and objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Research, Corporate, BizOps and Tech teams to service and ensure the ongoing success of clients
- Handle inbound requests in an organised and timely fashion
- Understand client needs to identify opportunities (including cross-sell and up-sell initiatives) and actively build/manage an opportunity pipeline across our offerings
- Monitor, track performance and ensure all reporting is prepared and delivered to relevant parties. Consider building out a dashboard to automate reporting & status updates
- Keep project’s data room updated
- Design, implement and manage the partnerships program
- Build and manage partnerships with partners, which includes investors, Accelerators/Incubators, wallets etc.
- Track, report and review performance of partnerships program to the management

Requirements
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in sales, account management, business development or relevant field is necessary
- Ability to use data and analytics while building on client conversations
- Resourceful with good attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills
- Business-level fluency in both written and spoken English
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Have time management skills, prioritization, and show flexibility
