Our team has a strong track record in DeFi, ranging from former leads at Binance and other leading FinTech/consumer tech companies that built out various blockchain products including wallets, staking platforms, swap protocols, launchpads and fiat gateways.

Impossible Finance is a decentralized Launchpad and accelerator that works with early stage projects through every step of the project and product launch process.

At Impossible Finance, we learn, research, and prepare to be at the forefront of defi, covering our well-rounded team with contributors focused on research, technology, marketing, operations, legal, corporate, and more, to help project teams in anything they need support on.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative solutions for our products.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructures and pipelines;
• Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of the product.
• Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
• Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Routine Tasks (Weekly)

• Ensuring the reliability of the system is up by 99.99% of the time.
• Fixing any critical and high priority bug that occured on production as soon as identified.
• Actively participated in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
