About the Role
What we're looking for
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Web3 Marketer to handle Social Media & Product Marketing Specialist to amplify Impossible’s brand, products, and ecosystem launches.
This role combines Go-To-Marketing (GTM) Strategy, Product storytelling, and social media execution. An ideal role or someone who thrives at the intersection of content, community, and crypto.
You’ll work closely with our Research, and KOLs & Community teams to craft impactful narratives, plan FGTM campaigns for new launches, and build an engaged audience across our digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Product Marketing & GTM
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, token initiatives, and venture projects within the Impossible ecosystem.
- Craft clear product messaging, positioning, and narratives that communicate our unique value across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Investment, Acceleration, Growth) to align on launch milestones, content timelines, and campaign deliverables.
- Produce go-live materials including blog posts, announcements, infographics, and investor updates.
- Gather post-launch performance insights and community feedback to refine GTM approaches.
- Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
- Lead Impossible Finance’s presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Dune, and Discord, ensuring consistent and high-quality storytelling.
- Develop and execute a content calendar that highlights ecosystem milestones, portfolio updates, market insights, and research thought leadership.
- Create and publish engaging, educational, and market-relevant content tailored for Web3 audiences.
- Engage with community members, partners, and thought leaders to strengthen brand voice and visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them creatively to boost awareness and engagement.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Support integrated campaigns across multiple channels (social, newsletter, community, PR, and partnerships).
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visuals, and multimedia content that enhance storytelling.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) on engagement, growth, conversion and provide actionable insights.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods to maximize reach.
- Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with Research and Investment teams to translate complex insights into digestible narratives.
- Contribute creative ideas for ecosystem initiatives, market reports, and educational campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of social media marketing, product marketing, or Web3/crypto marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience managing brand presence and engagement across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategy, market positioning, and campaign execution.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, especially for translating technical or financial content into relatable messages.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement and campaign data.
- Proficiency with content planning and analytics tools (e.g., Notion, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
