About the Role
What we're looking for
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Web3 Marketer to handle Product Marketing & Social Media to shape how our Launchpad platform connects with users, investors, and project teams. Your mission is to ensure each product and project launch resonates with the market by driving awareness, engagement, and adoption across the ecosystem.
You’ll combine strong product storytelling with social media savvy to bring narratives to life — translating complex Web3 concepts into clear, relatable content that builds trust and excitement across communities.
Responsibilities
- Product Marketing & GTM
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, token initiatives, and venture projects within the Impossible ecosystem.
- Craft clear product messaging, positioning, and narratives that communicate our unique value across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Investment, Acceleration, Growth) to align on launch milestones, content timelines, and campaign deliverables.
- Produce go-live materials including blog posts, announcements, infographics, and investor updates.
- Gather post-launch performance insights and community feedback to refine GTM approaches.
- Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
- Lead Impossible Finance’s presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Dune, and Discord, ensuring consistent and high-quality storytelling.
- Develop and execute a content calendar that highlights ecosystem milestones, portfolio updates, market insights, and research thought leadership.
- Create and publish engaging, educational, and market-relevant content tailored for Web3 audiences.
- Engage with community members, partners, and thought leaders to strengthen brand voice and visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them creatively to boost awareness and engagement.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Support integrated campaigns across multiple channels (social, newsletter, community, PR, and partnerships).
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visuals, and multimedia content that enhance storytelling.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) on engagement, growth, conversion and provide actionable insights.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods to maximize reach.
- Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Partner with Research and Investment teams to translate complex insights into digestible narratives.
- Contribute creative ideas for ecosystem initiatives, market reports, and educational campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in product marketing, social media strategy, or communications, preferably within Web3, fintech, or tech startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Launchpads, DeFi, or token-based ecosystems, with the ability to translate technical details into user-focused stories.
- Proven success in building brand engagement and community growth through digital campaigns.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills — capable of crafting content that resonates across both technical and retail audiences.
- Familiarity with crypto social channels and tools (Discord management, X/Twitter analytics, Notion, Figma, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign results and optimizing for engagement and reach.
